Nowadays, hybrid cloud market is changing rapidly and the major cloud computing providers around the world launched new services one after one to build private cloud platform and public platform. However, for the moment, there are still challenges in terms of management when enterprises adopt cloud computing.
Traditionally, as enterprises plan to deploy hybrid cloud, they often choose VMware or OpenStack to be the foundation of private cloud, and then match it with those public cloud providers it selected. However, it requires their IT groups to learn the knowledge about and control over at least two different cloud platforms.
The deployment of hybrid cloud now has been changed. Amazon’s WAS, Microsoft Azure, as well as Google found the opportunity of obtaining permission of local deployment environment. The change will lead to emerging hybrid cloud or newly modified hybrid cloud technology.

The two providers also need time to adjust their roadmap to eliminate the conflicts and overlaps between software.
Users are looking forward to making further attempts to integrate VMware and AWS technology, and providing more service integrations like load balance and security. Besides, just like Azure Stack, VMware Cloud on AWS can utilize an acceptable installation base with large scale.
At present, Google also developed hybrid cloud technology to enhance support for the OpenStack. Meanwhile, it has cooperated with Red Hat now. Although some OpenStack services are not very mature, with strong financial influence of Google, the pair of Google Cloud and Red Hat will possible be a powerful competitor in the hybrid cloud market.
Oracle and SAP
There are some other hybrid cloud deployment providers in the market, and Oracle is the most notable one. Its engineering team concentrates on improving storage efficiency, and enabling more seamless integration between local deployment and cloud computing environment. SAP follows the road as well. It is very possible that users will see at least one of the two companies turn to service subscription mode.
Google takes advantage of software updating mode to offer a more attractive, opener and more flexible hybrid cloud environment in the next few years. Also, Google worked out a solid roadmap that focuses on performance, AI as well as machine learning services.
The Gap of Hybrid Cloud is Still There
