Microsoft has confirmed that it acquired Cloudyn, which is an innovative company helping enterprises as well as a managed service providers improve their investments in the cloud services. This acquisition fits Microsoft’s multi-cloud strategy, and can help Microsoft have an advantage over its competitors like Google Cloud platform and AWS. . According the sources, this deal is closed between $50 million and $70 million.

OVH, an Internet service provider, received a new financing of about $457 million USD, from JPMorgan Chase, CIC Nord Quest, etc. This financing can support OVH’s strategic development as well as global expansion in the next 5 years. Also, the company has completed the VMware’s vCloud Air business acquisition in May, which is good to enahnce its web hosting services.
